1. The service. PayoutProofs provides timestamped trade-call records, payout certificates,
giveaway tooling, and a Discord application ("the bot") that lets traders post calls, lessons and
results into Discord servers that invite it.
2. Not financial advice. Nothing on PayoutProofs or posted through the bot is financial advice.
Trade calls are the opinions of the individual traders who post them; records show history, not future
results. Trading involves substantial risk of loss.
3. Records are permanent. Resolutions of real (non-test) calls are permanent by design — wins and
losses alike; this permanence is the product. Test-flagged posts are excluded from records and deletable
by their owner.
4. Conduct. You are responsible for what you post. No unlawful content, impersonation, or
manipulation of records, votes, unlocks or giveaway entries. We may suspend accounts or servers that
abuse the service.
5. Memberships & payments. Membership sales and affiliate payouts occur on third-party
platforms (e.g. Whop) under their terms. PayoutProofs never processes payments and never stores payment
credentials; we log link clicks for attribution only.
6. Giveaway rules. Free entry, no purchase necessary. One entry per X handle per giveaway.
Winners are drawn by a published commit-reveal random process; retweet/follow status is verified live at
draw time and unverifiable entries are redrawn. Prizes are provided and delivered by the giveaway host.
7. Service & liability. Provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted
by law, PayoutProofs is not liable for trading losses, third-party platform actions, or indirect damages.
