1. What we collect.
From Discord, via the PayoutProofs bot: Discord user IDs, usernames, display names and avatar URLs of people who
link accounts, post calls, or tap the bot's buttons (unlock, follow, vote); the role IDs present on a tap (used to gate
members-only content — bound member-role IDs are stored); server and channel IDs where the bot is configured; the text of
slash-command posts.
Message content: analysts may post calls by typing
$alert … /
#idea …
in a channel; to read those the bot uses Discord's Message Content intent. It processes only messages beginning with those
markers (or from channels an owner has configured for posting) and stores only the parsed call; other messages are not
stored.
Direct messages: the bot sends a member a weekly recap by DM only if that member turned it on in their panel;
it can be turned off there at any time. Otherwise the bot never DMs anyone.
From the PayoutProofs Activity (the panel inside Discord): when you open it, Discord asks your permission and we
receive your Discord ID, username, display name, avatar, the list of servers you're in, and your roles in those servers.
We use these only to show you the calls you're entitled to see and to record your own votes and follows. Messages you type
in the room chat are stored (last ~2,000 per server) and visible to everyone with that server's room open; a room owner can
clear the chat. We do not read your Discord messages outside the Activity.
From the website: X handles and public post URLs submitted for verification; email addresses you submit for
giveaways, follows or contact; referral attribution (a 30-day "via" cookie and link-click logs recording which trader or
promoter link drove a visit or membership click); basic request logs.
2. Use. To run the product: public trade records, live tallies, members-only gating, follows and alerts, referral
attribution, verification, and the room chat. We do not sell personal data, do not share it with advertisers or data brokers,
do not use it to profile you, and do not use message content to train AI models.
3. What is public. Trader pages are public: posted calls, resolutions, records, lesson titles/teasers. Member vote
tallies are public as counts.
Tapping 🏆 "I won" on a call posts your Discord name in that server's winners channel and
on the trader's page (a room owner may hide names for their room); loss votes are never attributed publicly. A member may
publish their own votes record from their panel; it is private by default.
4. Payments. We never receive or store payment details. Purchases happen on third-party platforms (e.g. Whop) under
their policies; we log only that a membership link was clicked and which referrer drove it. PayoutProofs itself sells
nothing inside Discord.
5. Retention & deletion. Records are retained to preserve the integrity of public track records. To request
deletion or correction of your personal data, use

identifiers while preserving anonymized record integrity where legally permitted. Discord data is deleted when no longer
needed for the functions above, when you ask, or when Discord asks.
6. Security & children. Data lives on access-controlled infrastructure behind TLS; webhook URLs are stored
encrypted. Not directed to children under 13 (or your region's minimum age).
