How PayoutProofs Delivers Futures Signals

Customer-controlled risk, transparent records, and Pay per Win pricing

PayoutProofs helps futures traders evaluate analysts and receive their alerts without depositing trading capital with PayoutProofs or giving us access to a brokerage account.

You choose the analyst, set a risk amount for future entries, and select where you want signals delivered. That destination may be a Discord direct message, a webhook, or a compatible third-party service. PayoutProofs records what the analyst posts, calculates a contract quantity from your saved risk setting, and sends the resulting signal to the destination you selected.

Some destinations only display an alert. Others may be capable of converting it into an order under settings you established with that service. PayoutProofs itself does not hold your funds, receive your brokerage password, or submit orders directly to your broker.

This page explains how the system works, how model results and fees are calculated, and where your actual brokerage results may differ.

What you control

You decide:

PayoutProofs does not examine your account balance, income, net worth, buying power, existing positions, investment objectives, or ability to sustain a loss. Your saved risk setting is an instruction used by the software—not a recommendation that a particular quantity is appropriate for you.

What PayoutProofs does

PayoutProofs:

The timestamped market price is a reference price. It is not necessarily the analyst’s fill or your brokerage fill.

What PayoutProofs does not do

PayoutProofs does not:

PayoutProofs transmits futures signals to destinations selected by members. Some third-party destinations may be execution-capable. You are responsible for understanding and configuring any service you connect.

How risk-based signal sizing works

Every eligible alert requires a stop. PayoutProofs calculates how many whole contracts fit within the model-risk amount you saved for that analyst.

For MES, one index point is worth $5 per contract. A 15-point stop therefore represents $75 of model risk for one MES contract.

If you selected $500 of risk:

$500 ÷ ($5 × 15 points) = 6.66 contracts

Rounded down: 6 MES
Modeled stop risk: 6 × $5 × 15 = $450

If even one contract would exceed your saved amount, PayoutProofs skips the entry signal and does not assess a signal fee for it.

Your selected risk amount is not a guaranteed maximum loss. Slippage, market gaps, rejected orders, latency, missing protective orders, or other execution events can produce a larger loss.

From analyst alert to your destination

1. The analyst publishes the alert

The analyst provides the contract, direction, stop, and required trade information. PayoutProofs records the event and a contemporaneous market-data reference price.

2. PayoutProofs calculates the signal quantity

The platform combines your saved risk amount with the alert’s stop distance and contract point value. The result is rounded down to a whole number of contracts.

The analyst’s personal position size does not determine your signal quantity.

3. PayoutProofs sends the signal

The entry signal may contain the contract, direction, calculated quantity, reference entry, and stop. Later messages may contain stop changes, partial exits, and the final exit.

No delivery time is guaranteed.

4. Your selected destination processes it

A Discord destination may simply display the alert. A compatible automation provider may process it under the account, approval, sizing, and risk settings you configured with that provider.

PayoutProofs does not control whether a third-party service or broker accepts, rejects, delays, duplicates, modifies, or fails to act on the message.

5. You verify the actual account

Always verify positions, working orders, and protective stops directly at your broker. A delivery status only shows whether the configured destination accepted the message; it does not prove that an order was filled.

Model performance is not brokerage performance

PayoutProofs scorecards are designed to show a consistent record of alerts captured by the platform. Unless a result is expressly identified as broker-verified actual performance, it is a hypothetical or model result based on timestamped signal events and PayoutProofs reference prices.

Model results may exclude:

The public analyst record covers alerts successfully submitted to PayoutProofs. It does not claim to include trades or messages never submitted to the platform.

Hypothetical-performance disclosure: Hypothetical or simulated performance results do not represent actual trading. Because the trades were not executed in an actual customer account, results may understate or overstate the impact of liquidity, slippage, execution, and other market factors. No representation is made that any account will achieve results similar to those displayed.

How Pay per Win pricing works

There is no recurring analyst subscription under the Pay per Win model. Each participating analyst selects a disclosed fee percentage. PayoutProofs applies that percentage to the platform’s model profit for a qualifying winning signal at the quantity calculated for you.

Example:

Model profit at 10 MES: $100
Your delivered signal: 20 MES
Your model result: $200
Disclosed fee: 25%
Signal fee: $50

The $50 is not 25% of your actual brokerage profit. PayoutProofs does not know your actual fill or brokerage result. It is a signal fee calculated from the PayoutProofs model result and the quantity included in the signal delivered to you.

Under the published Pay per Win rules:

PayoutProofs maintains a separate running model result for each member-and-analyst relationship. No new Pay per Win fee is assessed while that model remains below its previous fee-eligible high-water mark. The current billing methodology explains how partial exits, losses, skipped signals, corrections, and risk-setting changes affect that calculation.

Every proposed charge appears in your transaction history with the underlying signal and calculation. You may report a delivery or calculation error for 30 days. Approved disputes are corrected according to the published billing policy.

Review the maximum possible signal fee associated with your selected risk before enabling an analyst.

Delivery failures and execution differences

If PayoutProofs cannot deliver an entry signal successfully, it records the failed attempt, retries according to its delivery policy, and notifies you. The failed entry is not eligible for a Pay per Win fee.

Once a third-party endpoint accepts the message, later execution is outside PayoutProofs’ direct control. Possible outcomes include:

Members must actively monitor their brokerage accounts. Signal automation is not a substitute for account supervision.

Futures regulation and customer protection

United States futures advisory activity is principally governed by the Commodity Exchange Act, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, and the National Futures Association.

In general, a person or business that, for compensation or profit, advises others about trading futures—directly or through publications, writings, or electronic media—may fall within the definition of a commodity trading advisor (CTA). The CFTC also provides registration exemptions for certain activities, including some providers limited to standardized advice.

Regulatory treatment depends on what a service actually does—not simply whether it calls itself software, publishing, or an alert service. Relevant facts can include customer-specific sizing, executable signal fields, account authority, automation, fees, advertising, and the relationship between the platform and participating analysts.

PayoutProofs does not represent that the CFTC or NFA has approved the platform, any analyst, displayed performance, or a fee arrangement. Participating analysts remain responsible for their own registration, exemption, disclosure, recordkeeping, and advertising obligations.

For background, see the CFTC’s descriptions of commodity trading advisors and the registration exemption for certain providers of standardized commodity trading advice.

Structures PayoutProofs does not offer

PayoutProofs does not offer:

Some of these activities may be offered lawfully by properly registered or exempt entities. Their absence explains the PayoutProofs model but does not, by itself, determine regulatory status.

Funded and prop-firm accounts

Prop firms maintain different—and changing—rules governing signals, copying, automation, account coordination, and third-party software.

PayoutProofs cannot determine whether a particular signal, analyst, destination, account combination, or automation setting complies with your firm’s agreement. Review the current rules for every firm and account you use. If anything is unclear, obtain written guidance from the firm before enabling signal delivery.

A broker or prop firm accepting an order does not establish that the activity complies with your separate contractual obligations.

Frequently asked questions

Does PayoutProofs hold my trading funds?

No. PayoutProofs does not accept brokerage deposits, maintain a trading balance, or receive withdrawal authority over your account.

Does the analyst’s personal size determine mine?

No. Your signal quantity is calculated from your saved model-risk amount, the signal’s stop distance, and the contract’s point value.

Is my selected risk a guaranteed maximum loss?

No. It is an input used to calculate quantity. Real losses can be larger because of slippage, gaps, latency, rejection, missing stops, manual intervention, and other execution events.

Am I charged if I do not take the trade?

Potentially, yes. If a qualifying signal was successfully delivered while the analyst was enabled, the fee is based on the model result—not whether you traded it. Disable the analyst before you no longer want paid signals.

What if my actual result differs?

The signal fee is based on the disclosed PayoutProofs methodology, not your brokerage result. Your actual result may be materially different and may be a loss when the model displays a win.

Can PayoutProofs close my brokerage position?

PayoutProofs can transmit an exit signal to your selected destination. It cannot confirm that an actual brokerage position closed unless an authorized third party separately reports the execution. You remain responsible for verifying your account.

Is PayoutProofs available everywhere?

PayoutProofs does not represent that the service is lawful or available in every jurisdiction. Countries and US states may impose additional requirements, and availability may be restricted accordingly.

Final risk disclosure

Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Leverage can produce losses greater than the amount expected from a stop-distance calculation. Signals may be delayed, rejected, duplicated, partially executed, executed at different prices, or not executed at all.

PayoutProofs model results are not customer-account returns. They may exclude commissions, fees, spreads, slippage, liquidity constraints, rejected orders, and other real execution effects. Past, model, or hypothetical results do not predict future performance.

You are responsible for reviewing your brokerage account, connected services, broker requirements, prop-firm rules, tax consequences, and ability to bear loss. Nothing published by PayoutProofs is a guarantee or an individualized determination that an analyst, strategy, risk amount, or contract quantity is appropriate for you.
