Winners are drawn by a published commit-reveal random process; the winner's retweet and follow status (as of draw time) are verified live, and unverifiable entries are redrawn. Prizes are provided and delivered by the giveaway host, not by PayoutProofs. Entrants must be 18+. Void where prohibited.
