Plain-language background: How PayoutProofs delivers futures signals.
You are asking PayoutProofs to send one analyst's futures signals to the destination you saved, sized from your risk setting, and you are authorizing variable charges equal to the analyst's disclosed percentage of qualifying PayoutProofs model profit on those signals. PayoutProofs holds no funds, has no access to your brokerage account and places no orders.
Every eligible signal carries a stop. Contracts = your risk per entry ÷ (the signal's stop distance × the contract's dollar value per point), rounded down to a whole contract. If one contract would risk more than your setting, the entry signal is skipped and no fee applies. Example: $500 ÷ ($5 × 15 points) = 6.66 → 6 MES. The analyst's own position size does not affect your quantity.
PayoutProofs records each signal event with a reference price from its market-data feed. Model results and fees are calculated from those reference prices and the quantity in the signal we sent. They are not your fills. Your brokerage result may be lower, or a loss, when the model shows a win, because of slippage, spreads, commissions and fees, latency, rejected or partial orders, missing protective orders, margin effects, or your own changes to the position.
Reference profit per contract = the analyst's market-stamped profit or loss on his trade ÷ the quantity he traded. Model profit = that reference profit per contract × the quantity included in your signal. Fee = the analyst's disclosed percentage × your positive qualifying model profit, rounded down to the dollar. A losing signal, a break-even signal and a signal below the minimum fee carry a $0 fee. There is no cap on a single fee other than the quantity your risk setting produces; the larger your risk setting, the larger a fee can be. Your daily loss limit controls signal delivery; it is not a limit on charges.
PayoutProofs keeps a separate running model result for you with each analyst: your model results at your quantity, minus fees already recorded. It starts at $0 when you first authorize that analyst and never resets. A fee is recorded only when the running result including the current signal is at least the fee, so a fee never takes the running result below $0. No loss is ever recovered from you.
A signal is delivered when the destination you saved accepts the message (for a webhook, an HTTP acceptance; for a Discord DM, a sent message). Delivery is logged with time and destination. Delivery does not mean an order was created, filled or protected.
A fee may apply to a qualifying signal that was delivered while the analyst was enabled, whether or not you traded it, traded a different quantity, or your brokerage result differed. Disable the analyst when you no longer want paid signals.
If the entry signal cannot be delivered, PayoutProofs records the attempt, retries under its delivery policy and notifies you. A failed entry is not charged. Exits for a trade already open are retried and, if still undeliverable, you are warned so you can act at your broker.
Each analyst exit is sent as the same percentage of your contracts, cumulative, rounded up to whole contracts. With a small quantity a later exit can close your last contract earlier than the analyst's. The fee is measured on the exits actually sent to you.
A new risk setting takes effect for future entry signals only and creates a new agreement version that you confirm with one box. Trades already open stay under the version in force when their entry was sent. If the analyst's percentage, the fee calculation or these Terms change, the full two-box authorization is required again before new signals are sent. Every version is listed and downloadable under Transactions, with the exact wording you accepted, the Terms version and hash, your member id, the time in UTC and the IP address used.
You can disable future entry signals at any time with one tap. No fees will arise from new entries after disabling the analyst. A trade already open continues receiving management and exit signals and may still produce a fee under the agreement version in effect when its entry was delivered, unless you request a close under section 12.
You may request that PayoutProofs send a close signal for an open trade at any time, and you may choose not to hold runners past the session close, in which case PayoutProofs sends a close signal at 4:50 PM ET. A close signal is delivered to your destination like any other signal; whether it is executed depends on your destination and broker. In both cases the signal is scored at the live reference price less two ticks against you: a profit is charged under section 4, a loss is not.
Every charge appears in Transactions with the signal and the calculation behind it. You may report a delivery or calculation error within 30 days of the charge. An upheld report is refunded to the card or credited against the next fee, and the trade is removed from the running result. Fees are charged to the card you saved; a failed charge pauses new signals until it is paid or reported.
Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Leverage can produce losses larger than a stop-distance calculation suggests. Signals may be delayed, rejected, duplicated, partially executed, executed at different prices, or not executed at all.
Hypothetical or simulated performance results do not represent actual trading. Because the trades were not executed in an actual customer account, results may understate or overstate the impact of liquidity, slippage, execution and other market factors. No representation is made that any account will achieve results similar to those displayed.
Automation can fail. A stop may be rejected, filled at a worse price, cancelled by a later message, or never placed. A duplicate or delayed message can create an unintended position. Your risk setting is a sizing input, not a guaranteed maximum loss. Verify positions, working orders and protective stops at your broker; signal automation is not a substitute for account supervision. Funded-account rules on signals and automation are your responsibility.
By ticking the authorization box you authorize PayoutProofs to charge the card you saved for each fee calculated under these terms, in variable amounts determined by the analyst's percentage, your risk setting and the model result. Disabling the analyst stops future entry signals and future fees arising from new entries. Removing a card does not cancel a fee already earned from a signal delivered before removal; such a fee remains payable. Charges are shown before and after they are made, and every one can be reported.
PayoutProofs is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, timeliness or uninterrupted delivery. Reference prices, records, model results, delivery status and calculations can contain errors or be delayed, and no analyst's past record predicts future results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PayoutProofs, its owner, staff and participating analysts are not liable for any trading loss, lost profit, lost opportunity, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from a signal, its delivery or non-delivery, its sizing, a reference price, a record, a third-party service, a broker, an exchange, a funded-account rule, or your use of or inability to use the service, however caused and under any theory of liability, even if advised of the possibility. To the same extent, PayoutProofs' total liability for all claims relating to Pay per Win in any twelve-month period is limited to the Pay per Win fees you actually paid to PayoutProofs in that period. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limits; in those, the exclusions and limits apply to the fullest extent allowed. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PayoutProofs, its owner and staff from claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of Pay per Win, your automation or broker settings, your funded-account or broker agreements, or your breach of these terms, except to the extent caused by PayoutProofs' own fraud or wilful misconduct.
These Pay per Win Terms are part of the PayoutProofs Terms of Service and Privacy Policy; where they conflict, these terms govern Pay per Win. PayoutProofs may change these terms by posting a new version with a new version date; a material change takes effect for you when you next authorize an analyst or a risk change, and until then the version you authorized continues to apply to signals already sent. Each agreement you authorize records the version date it was made under.
Until a dispute-resolution clause specific to Pay per Win is published here with a new version date, disputes relating to Pay per Win are governed by the dispute provisions of the PayoutProofs Terms of Service, and notices may be sent through the Report button on the charge or the contact details on that page.
